Ways to pay your council tax bill

You can pay your council tax using your debit or credit card free of charge. This service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

You will need to have your 12 digit council tax reference number, which is on your bill.

• When phoning to make a payment you should ask for "payments".

• When asked please state the payment you would like to make is "council tax".

• Follow the instructions.

• Please keep a note of your receipt number to refer to the payment made.
