Approved premises licences

Approved premises licences are valid for three years from the date they are issued.

If you want to continue to hold a licence after this time you should:

• renew between six and 12 months before your current licence expires

Then complete our:

• approved premises licence application form (ODT 8KB)
• approved premises licence questionnaire (ODT 10KB)

To submit your application to the licensing team:

• post it to to Licensing Office, Unit 2, Wincomblee Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE6 3PF
• email the licensing team
