Tell us if there has been a change to the person responsible to pay council tax or their name has changed.
If you wish to add someone as named person on to your council tax bill, they must be 18 years or over and they must have an equal interest in the property as you do, for example they are a joint tenant/owner or they are your partner.
If you are in receipt of a Single Person Discount and someone has moved in with you, you must complete a Single Person Discount cancellation form.

If there are already 2 or more people resident in the property and there will be no change to the charge, please complete the general enquiry form below. Provide as much detail as possible regarding the person you wish to add to your bill, including their full name, date of birth, contact details and previous address.
If someone is no longer resident in your property or no longer has the same interest in the property as you do, for example they no longer jointly own the property with you, their name can be removed from the council tax bill.

However, if there are still 2 or more people resident in your property please complete the general enquiry form below. Provide as much detail as possible regarding the person you wish to remove from your bill. It would be helpful if you provide the date they moved out, their full name, forwarding address and reason that you want to have their name removed.
Please tell us if you need to amend the name of the liable person(s) as it appears on the council tax bill, for example if your name has changed through marriage, if it is spelt incorrectly, or your name does not appear in full. The liable person for the property should complete this form.
