Wayleaves are legal agreements that allow providers to install infrastructure in properties or land owned by others and to access it on an ongoing basis to carry out work.
Wayleave for Fixed Line Broadband
The city-wide wayleave will be granted for all our land and property to enable new internet services to residents and visitors to provide better connectivity and provide more choice of internet service providers.
If you do not want to sign a citywide wayleave, you can make individual applications for a cost of £900.
