If there is a problem with the link you can register with our WasteBot to receive text updates. To register, text the word 'waste' to 0749 288 0069. Or, you can call 0191 278 7878 and ask for ‘Your Local Services’.
Bins must be on the kerb outside your property by 6:30am on your bin collection day. Our bin crews can attend at any time between 6:30am and 4:30pm. Remember to bring your bin in after our collections. We make collections every week, alternating weekly between recycling and general waste.
If you are in a new build or part of a new development, our system might not be updated with your address and postcode. You can find out your bin collection day by calling 0191 278 7878 and asking for "Your Local Services".
