Bulky waste cancellation and refund policy
Refunds are only given if we receive your cancellation at least one working day before the collection is due. There will be no refund if you make a mistake, such as getting the day wrong, putting items out on the wrong day, or making your recycling inaccessible. To cancel a booked collection, call Your Local Services on 0191 278 7878.
