How to apply for a Season Ticket Permit

After you apply

We will assess your application and respond by email. You should receive an email within 14 days. Please check your junk/spam folder.

How to Pay

If you receive an email offer for a virtual season ticket permit, you can pay for it by either:

The permit will be live as soon as payment has been made. If you requested a future start date, the permit will be live on the date you requested.

Paying for permits can be done via card (4,13 or 52 week permits) or invoice (13 or 52 week permits). 4 week permits cannot be paid for via invoice. 

If you have selected to pay by invoice, your offer email will contain instructions on how to make payment.

A debtor name must be provided during the application. This can be a public organisation or a limited company.

The address of the company for the invoice to be issued must be the full business address, not Care of or PO box.

Cancelling your permit 

You can sign in to your account and ask us to cancel your permit. We’ll send you an email when it’s been cancelled.

We’ll then stop your permit. If you paid for it all at once, we’ll work out if you should get some money back for the time you didn’t use. We only count full weeks.

We charge £25 administration fee to cancel a permit.

If you paid with a card, we’ll usually send the refund back to that card. We’ll take off the £25 charge first.

Your permit cannot be transferred to other people or car parks.

Change of vehicle registration

If you have a virtual permit, you can change the vehicle registration by logging into your online account.

You can change the vehicle registration which is live on your permit and add new vehicle registrations.

You can only have a maximum of three vehicle registrations linked to your season ticket permit at one time. You can add, amend or delete registrations as and when you require. The permit is only valid to use with one vehicle at a time.
