What are Business Scratchcards

Business Scratchcards support extra business and community needs.

You will be eligible for Business Scratchcards if your business is within a parking permit area, and you visit during enforcement hours.

Applying for Business Scratchcards

When you apply, you will need to provide proof of business address.

Accepted proof of business address documents are: 

• proof of business address
• a business letterhead document
• a business rates statement for the current financial year
• a tenancy agreement
• a utility bill
• a bank statement 

All documents must include:

• the business name
• the business address
• a issue date within the past 3 months

If your tenancy dates aren't within the last 3 months, you’ll also need to provide a dated letter from your landlord or letting agent.

You can apply for a Business Scratchcard permit online. 

After you have applied

You should receive an email within 14 days. Please check your junk/spam folder.

We issue at most 3 books of 10 scratchcards. The Business Scratchcard covers a whole day until midnight of the date on the scratchcard.

Scratchcard costs and payment

The scratchcard costs:

• £20 for the first book of 10 full day permits
• £40 for the second book of 10 full day permits
• £80 for the third book of 10 full day permits

If you have received approval for scratchcards, you can pay online.

Where you can use your scratchcard

Business scratchcards can be used in any street in the same permit scheme zone as where the business is located. You must check the bay is for permit holders.
