Renewing a Landlord Permit

You will get a letter about your permit 4 weeks before the expiry date. This letter tells you how to renew it.

If you did not get a renewal letter, lost it, or want to renew a permit that expired more than 14 days, you can contact us at:

• parkingpermits@newcastle.gov.uk with your address and permit reference number 

Lost or stolen permits

If your permit is lost or stolen, you can apply for a replacement permit. There is a £10 admin fee for ordering a replacement permit.

While waiting for your permit, you can print your payment confirmation email and use it as a temporary parking permit for up to  14 days. Make sure your payment date and permit reference number are visible.

Returning a permit

If you no longer need your permit, send it to:

Depending on when you return your permit, you may get a refund. 

We’ll work out if you’re due a refund based on the number of full weeks left on your permit.

These refunds include a £10 admin fee.
Your permit cannot be transferred to other people or addresses.
