Cost for landlords with accreditation status

If you have achieved accreditation status with Newcastle Council via Fairer Housing Unit, you can get a discount.. 
Your permit will cost £200 per year.

To get this discount, you need to give an address for a property that is part of the accredited landlords scheme with your application.

Cost for landlords without accreditation status

If you do not have accreditation status, your permit will cost £300 per year.

It may also be more cost effective to use a visitor permit. However, this can only be applied for and provided by the tenant.

As a landlord, you cannot apply for a visitor permit because you would not be eligible to have one. 

Paying for your permit

For approved permit applications, you can pay online.

While waiting for your permit, you can print your payment confirmation email and use it as a temporary parking permit for up to 14 days. Make sure your payment date and permit reference number are visible.
