Check if you are eligible for a Landlord Permit

To be eligible for the annual Landlord Permit, you must:

• own and take care of properties in different parking permit areas
• need to visit properties during parking permit hours
• letting agents who manage properties for landlords can also apply for this permit.

If you do not have properties in different parking permit areas, we suggest the following permit types:

• a visitor permit provided to you by the tenant
• a supplementary scratch card for landlords
