You can log in to My Account to view information relating to your home and tenancy​.

Register for My Account

Register for My Account

New customers can create an account by visiting my account and selecting the option to register. 

Simply register your details to sign up to My Account and in minutes you will have access to a range of online services.

It works best in Chrome browser and all you need is a personal email address, which we will verify by sending a 6-digit code to your inbox. 

Once you’ve received and entered the code, click verify and you will be required to create a password and enter your name. Once created you will see you are now logged into My Account.

You can now navigate My Account with our user-friendly homepage that allows you to easily find the service you need.

Select Housing Services to access our online services. 

If you’re new to My Account, you will be asked to select whether you:

  • are the main or joint tenant named on a current tenancy agreement with us
  • lease a home
  • need access to previous rent accounts you once held with us
  • rent a garage from us

What can I do in My Account?

My Account provides you with everything you need to know about your home and tenancy all in one place.

Here are some of the things you can do:


  • View current your tenancy information
  • Update your next of kin details (lead tenants only)
  • Update your contact details (lead tenants only)
  • View contact information for key contacts, including your housing officer, income officer and, if you live in a multi-storey building, your caretaker.
  • Contact us or request services using our online contact forms. 

Rent and service charges

  • View rent statements for your current address and any garages or previous homes you have rented from us.
  • Make a payment.
  • View your payment history.
  • View current and past leaseholder service charge invoices.


  • Report a non-emergency repair.
  • Monitor outstanding repairs.
  • View your repairs history.

Local services

You will also be able to access some other Newcastle City Council managed services in My Account.

This includes:

  • Managing council tax and benefits payments.
  • Reporting environmental issues, including missed bin collections, fly-tipping and pest control.
  • Seeing useful information about your local area.
