Biography

Vicky was appointed in April 2024 to oversee the biggest change to social housing in the city in 20 years - bringing housing and services provided by Your Homes Newcastle under direct council control.

She joined the council from the Regulator of Social Housing, where she had played a significant role in developing and implementing new regulations.
