Evry

Evry is a city-wide programme that brings together 85 partners and organisations across Newcastle to help create positive change and opportunities for babies, children and young people.

Everything we do is shaped by the voices of children and young people themselves. By listening to what matters most to them, we work alongside our partners to create opportunities that help them grow up feeling happy and healthy, safe, and ready for their future.

The opportunities created by Evry sit in three Focus Areas: Things to Do and Places to Go, Inspirational Experiences of Work, and Religious and Cultural Events.

Things to Do and Places to Go

We want every child and young person to be able to enjoy the best that Newcastle has to offer. 

This includes improving access to activities, facilities and experiences across the city, supporting safe and affordable transport options, and making sure information is easy to find and reaches more families and young people.

Inspirational Experiences of Work

We help young people explore their future by connecting them with meaningful experiences of work.

These opportunities build skills, increase confidence, broaden aspirations and support young people to make informed decisions about their next steps.

Religious and Cultural Events

We create opportunities for young people to celebrate and share the cultures, traditions and beliefs that are important to them.

Through inclusive events and activities, we promote connection, mutual understanding, respect and community cohesion across Newcastle.

Working Together for Newcastle's Children and Young People
