You can pay your business rates using your debit or credit card free of charge. This service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

You will need to have your full business rates reference number. It begins with 69 or 70 and is on the top of your bill.

• When phoning to make a payment you should ask for 'payments'.
• When asked please state the payment you would like to make is 'business rates'.
• Follow the instructions.
• Please keep a note of your receipt number to refer to the payment made.
