Request to view and manage your council tax, business rates and benefits online

By managing your accounts online, you can:

• check balances
• make payments
• tell us of a change in circumstances
• or, manage your Direct Debit.

Other services are also available.

You must already be liable to pay for business rates or council tax to use this service. You need your account reference number from your bill to request to view your account online. If you have not yet received a bill you must tell us about your change first. This is so we can provide you with a bill and account reference number.

To view your account online, you will first need to provide us with some information, so we can establish that you are the responsible person. Once we verify this, we will grant access under the data protection act for you to view your account online.

Note: upon first login, we will prompt you to reset your password.

You will need your existing reference number to view your account online. This is on your latest bill or housing benefit notification.
