We will send you a reminder for non payment. You will then have 14 days from the date on the reminder to pay.
If the BID levy remains unpaid after 14 days you will receive a final notice.
If you fail to pay the amount overdue on the final notice, we will issue a court summons. This allows us to apply to Newcastle Magistrates Court for a liability order. We will add costs of up to £116.00 to your bill, this will enable us to take further enforcement action against you.
