Provide evidence and documents for business rates

You will need your existing business rates reference number. This is on the top of your bill and starts with 69 or 70.

You can now easily provide evidence and documents required to verify your circumstances to support an application you have made.

You can safely provide evidence and documents such as leases, property sale documents (such as TR1 form) or any other information.

To provide us with evidence please email your documents to business.rates@newcastle.gov.uk and quote your business rates reference number in the subject line of your email.
