Adult Social Care: Directorate Structure and Plan
The Adult Social Care and Prevention Directorate promotes the wellbeing of people who need care and support. We work to prevent, reduce and delay the need for care and support and to keep people safe from abuse or neglect.
There are four service areas within Adult Social Care and Prevention. These are:

Directorate Plan
Our Directorate Plan sets out our priorities for supporting adults in the city to live the lives they want to live. We do this by helping people to identify their strengths, improve their wellbeing, promote their independence and keep people safe. The plan describes:
