All orders must be paid for using a debit or credit card when you apply.
If you can't order online
If you can’t order online you will need to apply by post.
Please:
- provide all the relevant details
- enclose a cheque or postal order made payable to Newcastle City Council
Post your application to:

We do not accept face to face or phone applications for certificates.
