Universal Credit - 2026 Changes
We are hosting some webinars on Teams around what is due to change in 2026 regarding the work capability assessment and the LCWRA element in Universal Credit.
The webinars will take place on the following dates:
- 4 November 2025 - 1pm to 2pm
- 6 November 2025 - 10am to 11am
- 10 November 2025 - 11am to 12 noon
- 13 November 2025 - 2:30pm to 3:30pm
- 21 November 2025 - 11am to 12 noon
Support for residents in difficulty sessions (for professionals / volunteers)
These training sessions are aimed at staff and volunteers who are not specialist advisers but may support people who are experiencing difficulties with debt, benefits and housing.
The sessions will take place on the following dates:
- Thursday 22 January 2026 - 10:30am
- Friday 27 March 2026 - 1:00pm
- Wednesday 27 May 2026 - 3:00pm
- Thursday 30 July 2026 - 10:30am
- Monday 28 September 2026 - 10:30am
- Friday 27 November 2026 - 1:30pm
