Compliments are positive feedback or comments that you would like to give about a service or a member of staff. You can send any compliments to the Complaints and Customer Relations Team using the contact details below. Or you can contact your social worker or Adult Social Care.

 

How to make a complaint

If you're not happy with the service you receive from Adult Social Care, or you feel that something has gone wrong, we need to know. Your feedback helps us to improve our services. 

Speak to your social worker or the member of staff you spoke to in Adult Social Care. You can ask to speak to their manager if this doesn’t help.

An independent advocate can help you if you find it difficult to understand or take part in discussions. An advocate can help you to get your voice heard and understand your rights. They can help you to make a complaint, if you need it.
